Rohan’s Brisket Sliders

Ingredients:

6 rolls, split in half

½ to 1 lb of sliced smoked brisket

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup pickled onions

6 slices of dill or Wickle pickles

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300°

Cut rolls in half horizontally. Place both top and bottom halves on the sheet pan.

Spread the grated cheese on each bottom roll and place in the oven for 3-5 minutes to let the cheese melt. Take out of the oven and add the brisket on top of melted cheese and top with more cheese and place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts. Then add some pickles onions and a pickle and cover with the top of the roll.
